Hi,

My name is Rhonda Augenstein. I have been a resident of Hampshire County since 2001. I was born and raised in Carrol County Maryland and lived there for 42 years. My husband and I have 4 children, 1 son and 3 daughters.

Since moving to West Virginia, I received my Real Estate License in 2005. I have been employed with ERA Creekside Realty ever since. I have received several awards ranging from Rookie of the Year 2005, Lister of the Year 2006, Top Sales Volume 2007 and Million Dollar Sales for each of those three previous years.

I would describe myself as an energetic and professional Realtor. I strive with each individual deal to work with my sellers and buyers with their utmost needs as my main concern. I feel when someone is looking to 'Sell or Buy" a property, that it is a very big personal adventure. It is important to me to treat all like family. I take my work seriously and respect the rights of others. I also believe that a deal is only a deal when all parties are happy.

My hobbies include traveling, horseback riding with my children and shopping. My husband would describe me as someone always on a mission to help others. I am a believer in fate, not a believer in coincidences. Therefore, I fell when I come in contact with individuals or families it is always for a reason.
